2. Nature of Services
Revive Gut Wellness™ provides:
- Hair Analysis Wellness Assessments
- Wellness Insights Reviews
- Personalized Wellness Action Plans
- Wellness Discovery Consultations
- Educational wellness resources
All services are strictly educational and informational in nature.
3. No Medical Advice
You understand and agree that:
- We do NOT provide medical diagnosis
- We do NOT treat, cure, or prevent disease
- We are NOT a substitute for licensed medical care
All wellness recommendations are for educational purposes only.
4. Consultation Policy
Wellness Discovery Consultation ($100)
- 30-minute session
- Fee may be applied toward a qualifying package within 30 days
- Non-refundable if no qualifying purchase is made
5. Hair Analysis Wellness Assessment
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge:
- It is an educational wellness assessment
- Requires intake form, consent form, and sample submission
- Processing time may take approximately 7–14 business days
- Results are reviewed during a Wellness Insights Review session
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information in all forms
- Follow hair sample instructions properly
- Attend scheduled appointments or reschedule in advance
- Use information provided responsibly and at your own discretion
7. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed before services are rendered. Pricing and packages may change at any time without prior notice.
8. Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable if no qualifying purchase is made
- Digital wellness services are non-refundable once delivered or initiated
- Hair analysis assessments are non-refundable once processing begins
9. Intellectual Property
All materials including:
- Reports
- Action Plans
- Educational content
- Emails and resources
remain the intellectual property of Revive Gut Wellness™ and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Revive Gut Wellness™ is not liable for:
- Decisions made based on wellness insights
- Health outcomes or changes resulting from recommendations
- Misinterpretation of educational content
You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided.
